Easby Electronics  now offers lithium batteries from Taiwanese lithium battery specialist, EVE Energy.

The distributor has added EVE lithium thionyl chloride (LiSOCl₂) primary cells to its product range. The LiSOCl₂ batteries provide high-energy density with 3.6Vdc in a small package. They are available in a range of sizes from ½AA to DD-size cells, and in prismatic, coin and cylindrical configurations.

Also available are EVE Energy’s lithium ion Super Pulse battery capacitor cells 3.6Vdc or 3.9Vdc, which can be used in conjunction with ER LiSOCl₂ cells for IoT applications, advises Easby Electronics.

Other products include lithium manganese dioxide (Li-Mn0₂) cylindrical and coin cells 3Vdc to 9Vdc, as well as lithium ion long life cycle AA cells 3.7Vdc 450mAh.

EVE Energy says it is committed to providing green, high-energy, safe and reliable power solutions for the IoT and energy metering. It is certified to ISO9001 and TS16949 and has R&D teams specialising in materials, electrochemistry, structural design and electronic circuit design.

Based in Yorkshire, UK, Easby Electronics specialises in franchised power, electromechanical (connectors, fuses, relays, switches and terminal blocks) and passive components. It also supplies display products, including LCD, TFT, OLED and e-paper technologies.
